How to use

• Cleanse your skin with the Face Cleansing wash daily to clean and detoxify
  
• Apply Spot Vanishing Gel to individual pimples or spread over your face and body breakouts after cleansing
  
• Moisturise with the Healthy Skin Moisturiser or Combination Moistuiser daily
• Use Green or Red Clay or Fuller's earth to make up your clay mask, apply as a face mask or a body breakout once-twice a week initially then once every 1-3 weeks
• Use Castile soap in the shower or bath to naturally cleanse your skin all over
