What is your Online Return Policy?
If you have a history of sensitive skin or allergic reactions, please test any skin care product you purchase on a small area inside your wrist prior to using. Our skin biology varies from person to person. Saroma Natural Remedies cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions, and cannot be held responsible should any occur.
Damaged Items
For items that arrive damaged, please email us a photograph within 7 days tosales@saroma.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will be emailed your store credit information.
Only items purchased on the Saroma Natural Remedies website can be returned to us for store credit or exchange. Items purchased in a store, or specialty online retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons,we cannot refund or accept returns on used or opened items. For unused items (unopened) we also have a 7 days from receipt of items returns policy and can offer a credit note for items returned. Postage charges for returns will be at the expense of the consumer.
